Lanre Osinoiki

MD/CEO

Lanre has over 24 years of experience in Business Assurance, Finance and Strategic Business Operations, He has been actively involved in the creation, set-up and restructuring of various companies including OPSL.

Lanre holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from the City University of London, CASS Business School, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Nike Olufidipe

Executive Director

Nike has over 19 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. She is responsible for the financial & management accounting function, strategic insights, process improvement, and internal control evaluation for the Company. She has been involved in setting up accounting, payroll & tax functions for various companies.

Nike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Temi Adekunle-Richard

Vice President

Temi has over 13 years combined experience in Human Resource Management, Operations and Legal Advisory. At OPSL, Temi's core duties include Client Relations Management, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Benefits Management, Payroll Management, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, amongst others.

Prior to joining OPSL, she worked in Tech Consulting, EdTech, e-Commerce and the Oil & Gas field.

Temi holds a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Shola Whenu

Vice President

Shola has about 13 years of experience in Information Technology with core competence in Networking and Systems Administration. Prior to joining OPSL, he worked in the Information Technology Unit of Nextzon Business Services Limited where he had substantial exposure to state-of-the-industry Information Technology practices. He currently oversees the company's IT infrastructure and also provides technical support for daily operations.

Shola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Lagos State University, Ojo, and is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Abisola Apara

Manager

Abisola has over 13 years of work experience in various functions across the Human Resources spectrum. She joined OPSL Human Capital in 2009 providing high level administrative support. She is currently a member of Client Relationship Management unit (CRM) actively involved in the daily strategic HR (external) operations of the Company.

Abisola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from Covenant University, Ota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Business School Netherlands. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi).

Opeyemi Osayomi

Manager

Opeyemi has 10 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting with basic knowledge of various accounting and Human Resources applications. Prior to joining OPSL, she worked as an Officer in the Recruitment and Resourcing Department of a gas company.

At OPSL, she is responsible for payroll, treasury functions, revenue processes and general administration of the Finance department. Opeyemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Covenant University, Nigeria and is at the Professional 2 stage in the Institute of Chartered Accountants' of Nigeria (ICAN) membership programme.

Abiodun Adesina

Manager

Abiodun brings 13 years of experience in core Human Resource Management across multiple sectors of the economy. He is currently a member of the CRM Team at OPSL Capital Ventures, where he provides strategic HR support and advice to enhance both internal and external company operations.

Abiodun holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry from Ondo State University and a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and has completed numerous training courses in Leadership, Strategic HRM, and other relevant areas.

Chukwuebuka Uche

Associate

Chukwuebuka has 5 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and tax management with proven knowledge of various accounting applications. Prior to joining the team, he worked as an associate with a mid-tier audit firm. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Chukwuebuka holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Redeemers University, Ede Osun State.

Christiana Ojo

Associate

Christiana has over 5 years combined work experience with specializations in Client Relations, Facility and Personnel Management. She has been actively involved in people management and business growth in several startup companies. Prior to joining the OPSL Team, she served as a Focus Improvement Assistant and an Industrial Performance Intern at a Food and Beverage Company. She is currently a member of Client Relationship Management Unit (CRM) and is actively involved in the daily strategic HR of the Company.

Christiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is also a certified member of the Institute of Strategic Management. She is also certified as a professional in Human Resources International ( PHRi).

Sogunle Oluwabukunmi

Associate

Oluwabukunmi has over 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and she is proficient in various accounting applications. Before joining OPSL, she worked as an Accountant at a cybersecurity firm and a business management consulting company.

Oluwabukunmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. She has successfully completed all stages of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) membership program and is on the verge of becoming an Associate of the Institute.

Emmanuel Ehima

System Administrator

Emmanuel has about 3 years of experience in Information Technology with core competence in Networking and Systems Administration. Prior to joining OPSL, he worked in the Hosting and Networking Infrastructure Department within the Tech Industry, where he had substantial exposure to state-of-the-industry Information Technology practices. He currently oversees the company's IT infrastructure and also provides technical support for daily operations.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria, and is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Stella Odubunmi

Officer

Stella has 2 years’ combined experience in Customer Service, Administration and People Operations. Prior to joining OPSL, she worked as an Administrative Executive for a food operator. She is currently a member of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team at OPSL and provides Human Resource support for the company. Stella holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Educational Technology from the University of Ilorin

Busola Ayemo

Officer

Prior to joining OPSL, Busola interned as a People Operations personnel for a training company. She is currently a member of the Client Relationship Management (CRM) Team at OPSL, providing Human Resource support for the company. She is a graduate of Biochemistry from the University of Lagos and has attended several trainings in the Human Resource space.
